This policy explains the information used to provide free resources and custom training plans.

Information you provide
The custom-plan intake asks for your name, email, country/time zone, PayPal payer email and transaction ID, age, height, weight, goal, daily activity, training experience, schedule, equipment, preferences and limited yes/no safety-screen answers. Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, government identification, card numbers or passwords.
Why it is used
- verify payment and eligibility;
- prepare and deliver the requested plan;
- answer order and support questions;
- protect against fraud and meet accounting, legal and consumer obligations.
Formspree and email
The form is transmitted through Formspree and delivered to Frank Mercado Fit by email. Formspree processes submissions as a service provider. Review Formspree's privacy policy before submitting. Email is not an emergency or medical-care channel.
PayPal and Payhip
PayPal processes payment for custom plans. Payhip delivers the free ShiftStarter guide. These providers process information under their own policies. Frank Mercado Fit does not receive full card or bank-account details.
Local tools and hosting
The BMI and schedule tools run in your browser and do not submit their values. The hosting provider may process IP address, browser, URL, time and security events to operate the site. The site does not currently place advertising or analytics cookies.
Sharing and international processing
Information is shared only with providers needed for hosting, forms, payment, delivery, email, security, professional advice or legal compliance. It is not sold. Providers may process data in other countries.
Retention and rights
Form submissions and order records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support and legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of information held directly by Frank Mercado Fit, subject to required retention. Contact the provider directly for data it controls.
Adults only and security
The service is for adults 18 or older. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email service is absolutely secure.
