These terms apply to fit.frankmercado.com and services offered by Frank Mercado in Cartagena, Colombia under Frank Mercado Fit.

Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and legally able to purchase the service. By paying and submitting the intake, you accept these terms, the privacy policy, purchase policy and health disclaimer.
Service scope
The custom service provides a manually prepared four-week fitness plan based on information supplied by an eligible customer. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, mental-health care, supplement prescribing, a treatment diet or medical nutrition therapy. It does not create a physician, dietitian or physical-therapy relationship.
Orders, payment and delivery
The regular price is USD 29. The current launch price shown at checkout is USD 19. PayPal processes payment. Formspree receives the intake. An order is accepted only after payment and a complete eligible intake are verified. The stated 24-hour window begins then. Delivery is to the confirmed email in English or Spanish.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use suitable space and equipment, exercise conservatively, stop for concerning symptoms and obtain clearance when appropriate. The plan is for your personal use and may not be resold, shared or used to train others.
Adjustment and changes
One reasonable adjustment may be requested within seven days when a prescribed exercise conflicts with equipment or scheduling information supplied before delivery. A new goal, materially different schedule or new clinical information may require a new service or professional referral.
No guaranteed result
No weight, muscle, performance, appearance or health outcome is promised. Results vary with baseline, adherence, sleep, nutrition, health, environment and other factors.
Training and trademarks
Frank earned the NASM Personal Trainer Certificate in June 2025 and completed additional NASM courses. He does not claim the NASM-CPT credential. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners, and NASM does not sponsor or endorse this site.
Liability, law and changes
To the extent allowed by law, liability connected with the paid service will not exceed the amount paid, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Colombian law applies without removing mandatory protections where you live. Updated terms apply prospectively.
